When production is done, whether it is a post card, newsletter, poster, menu, manual, flyer,..., our Finishing phase begins, encompassing a broad range of additional production services such as:
Binding - wire, spiral, velo, tape, saddle stitch and stapling
Folding - Any standard and nonstandard folds can be programmed on our fast folding machine
Lamination - BC size up to 36" wide
Roll laminate: ideal for menus & posters
Hot (flat) Laminate: BC size up to 11" x 17" size
Poster Mounting - Foam core and gator board 3/16" and 1/2 inch.
Collating - machine (automatic) or special hard collating
Stapling - single, double, triple or saddle stitch.
Hole Punching - 2 hole punch, 3 hole punch, or drill. Any position, any size!
Cutting – precision digital cuts within our customer’s specifications. Our challenge 2020 digital cutter can cut any type of paper to the nearest millimeter.
Padding - Any size
Scoring and Perforation- any position, any type of stock.

Coil, spiral, velo, tape and saddle stitch options are available for standard letter sized documents or smaller. We have clear plastic sheets as well as various colors of vinyl and cardstock to choose from for your book’s cover and backing.
Binding can be done the same day the job is brought in, provided the number of books ordered
is less than 150. Larger orders require an additional day’s turnaround.
11”x17” documents can be bound on the shorter edge.
